Synchronised Swimming: Major success for Reading Royals stars

Reading Royals win 12yrs and under Team Event

              ASA Reading Royals SSC took the gold in the 12yrs and under Free Team event for their interpretation of ‘Moulin Rouge’ which featured music from the soundtrack. Some of the swimmers were part of the gold medal winning team in 2015. The team showed great artistic interpretation of the music, making excellent use of the pool space and getting plenty of height out of the water.                      Eleanor Blinkhorn and Beatrice Crass starred to land Duet gold at the Scottish National Age Group Championships in Glasgow. Following on from sister  Issy there was more success for the Blinkorn family in the youngest U12 Yrs age group as Eleanor Blinkhorn won double gold. Welland and Blinkhorn win Duet gold at Scottish Nationals

                  Anna Welland and Isobel Blinkhorn starred to land Duet gold at the Scottish National Age Group Championships in Glasgow. The Reading Royals pair impressed to score 64.6332 for their free routine in Scotland, claiming the 13-15 Yrs Duet crown on 127.6517. Age Group and Development Synchro squads 2016 announced

January 8, 2016 Swimmers have been named on the Age Group and Development Synchro Squads 2016 following performances at the ASA National Age Group Synchronised Swimming Championships in December last year.
