 Getty Images READING synchronised swimmer Katie Hooper (right) produced the swim of her life to win a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games on Saturday. The Evening Post sponsored Reading Royals star teamed up with Gayle Adamson in the duets to clinch the silver medal ahead of arch rivals Australia. Golden Day For County

            Reading Chronicle   LAST Sunday (July 10) the inter-county synchro competition took place at Crystal Palace Sports Centre. This is an annual event in which counties from the south of England participate. Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire were represented by Natalie Dunn, Kim-Lin Hooper, Alina White, Sara Forster, Helen Evans, Michelle Charles, Sandra Jack and Hayley Pearce — the latter three all being juniors.
