European challenge awaits synchro juniors

British Swimming – Full story here The British Junior Synchronised Swimming team will head to Rijeka in Croatia for the European Junior Championships from the 22-26 June. 11 athletes have been selected to represent Great Britain (including Reading’s Emma Critchley and Hannah Mulshaw) with many making full international debuts.  Synchro Newsletter Summer Special The Great Britain Junior Squad have just arrived back from competing in the JuniorEuropean Championships in Calella, Spain.The Great Britain squad competed in all events including the combo routine event. This was the first time that Great Britain has competed in the combo event internationally. The combo event opened the championships with the British squad performing their best swim to date on the routine finishing in 8th place.
