Kelly became a well respected club captain, gaining numerous trophies. She was national duet champion with Katie Hooper from ages 12 to 16 and won nationals at senior levels. Reading Weekend Post SINCE the beginning of January, Katie and Jo Hooper, Claire Butler and myself have all been training with the Senior Great Britain Squad. Jo, Katie and Claire have been training with the team while I have been concentrating on the duet in preparation for the Commonwealth Games next year. Hoopers double up Evening Post swimmer of the month awards were able to celebrate when Reading Royals Synchronised Swimming Club held their annual barbecue. Among those who collect their prizes were Katie Hooper. Kimberley Smith and Jo Hooper.
